Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return.

Section 21 – Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you and void any pre-authorization.

Section 22 – Shipping

We process and ship in-stock orders within 5 business days. Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking, contact us at sales@newecart.com.

Section 23 – Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, notify us within 24 hours with photos to initiate a claim.

Section 24 – Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur a $25 admin fee. If shipped, you are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
