Refund & Returns Policy

At newecart.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our comprehensive policy below for returns, refunds, and related queries.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The product is not damaged, used, assembled, or altered

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been assembled, modified, or installed


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request:

  • Email sales@newecart.com with the subject line: “Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]”

  • Include a detailed reason for the return, along with supporting images or a video of the product

  • Await approval and your Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with the warehouse return address

⚠️ Returns sent without an RA# will not be processed.


Shipping Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Label the package with the provided RA#

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping service

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not yet appeared:

  • Recheck your payment account and transaction history

  • Contact your credit card issuer (some refunds may take up to 30 days to post)

  • Speak with your bank regarding processing delays

Shipping & Tracking FAQs

Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses are not within our control.

Tracking Numbers:
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Note that some USPS First Class packages may not include tracking.

Incorrect Address Provided?
Contact sales@newecart.com immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. If already shipped, we are not liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed and/or shipped

  • Cancellations requested before processing may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover payment gateway and operational charges


Invalid Return Reasons

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after order placement

  • Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere after ordering
