Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)
Turnaround & Shipment Processing Time

Handling time: 1–3 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

All orders ship within 5–7 business days.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if a significant delay occurs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. Note that some USPS First Class shipments may not include tracking.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
newecart.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All such charges after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, we will ship the available items immediately. The remaining items will ship when available at no additional shipping cost.
Damages
newecart.com is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order:

Returns Policy

Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address
Please use a trackable shipping service. Refunds are processed upon item inspection and returned via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
